Global Security Technology (GST) within Corporate Technology provides strategic application development and production support to the Global Security & Investigations organization.  This organization is responsible for all aspects of security including physical access, fraud, pre-employment processing, resiliency, crisis management and other related areas.  The Access Control Technology team is in the process of implementing a new Access Control Platform consisting of two main application components: the Physical Access Control component(Back-End) and the Access Control Automation component (Front-End).

Job Description:

  • Work with appropriate parties to understand business priorities, design technical solutions and advise business on options, risks, and costs associated with Access Control initiatives.
  • Analyze impact of proposed solution, develop use cases to define business requirements and document user stories.
  • Work in collaboration with Project Manager, Scrum Master, Software Engineering and Vendor Consultants towards the design and implementation of the new Access Control program releases.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed and develop system integration test scripts.
  • Work with LOB users to facilitate and assist in IST and UAT planning and execution, and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.
  • Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation.


  • 7+ years of experience with strong IT Business Analyst background, including experience interfacing with technical and business stakeholders within multiple lines of business. gathering and analyzing requirements, creating use cases, defining and establishing process, reviewing/understanding tasks in project plans, and managing multiple simultaneous assignments.
  • 7+ years of experience working within and interfacing with Business, QA, and Application Development/Software Engineering teams.
  • 3+ years in the implementation of systems using Agile.
  • Strong background in compiling test plans, validating IST scripts, coordinating UAT Sprint cycles, documenting execution plans, developing UAT scripts, prioritizing defects, and managing stakeholder communication.
  • Must have strong customer service skills, strong problem solving skills and decision making ability, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the implementation of IT Solutions and overall knowledge of Infrastructure and System Architecture, Data Management and Systems Integration
  • Proven ability to analyze complex processes and systems. Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts.
  • Proven experience working in projects based with 3rd Party Vendor software and custom development.
