The position participates in key initiatives, projects, and process design for the Commercial Bank Commercial Real Estate Business Execution Team.
Key responsibilities include:
Document the detailed business specifications; translate business requirements into user stories and working closely with the development teams
You will participate in Sprint reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined specifications; identify/troubleshoot application related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation
Will be responsible to identify and/or propose business solutions
Participate in design reviews and provide input to the requirements, information/data flow, and understand and comply with Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps
Write and maintain requests and/or queries to support production readiness/production support
Work closely with team to investigate issues and resolve any system discrepancies
Follow, contribute to and create production support best practices and processes
Analyze a wide range of business/system information and presentations used across the organization for accuracy and consistency
Identify process improvements and help with automate and streamline existing processes
Advanced analysis and problem solving skills, wide-ranging and in-depth knowledge of industry practices
Minimum 3 – 5+ experience with Agile
Excellent Systems Documentation skills. Background with creating User Stories Documents, Data Flow, and Process Flow Diagrams
Excellent analysis and technical skills - able to collaborate with business users, gather requirements, propose streamlined, efficient and timely solutions and understand technical implications and needs
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
