JPMorgan ACCESS is a mission critical, large scale, web & mobile based, cash management application directly tied to the strategic growth of Treasury Services.  ACCESS is one of the largest Technical projects within JPMorgan; leveraging a host of new technologies, offering developers the opportunity to expand and apply their technical capabilities. 

 

  • Work with a team that develops smart and scalable solutions and provide a solid experience for our users.
  • Converse fluently in the full web-technology stack.  
  • Develop an understanding of our products and the problems we are attempting to solve.  Go beyond working from requirements… help architect the system and experience and ship production ready code early and often in a Scrum shop.
  • Help us grow our platform with clever, long-lasting solutions that serve to grow our business.
  • Bring us what no one else has – a fresh perspective that sets you apart from the pack
  • BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree with 5+ years of experience 
  • Strong Core Java knowledge
  • Very good knowledge on JSON/AJAX/HTML/CSS along with object oriented JavaScript frameworks (jQuery/Angular JS/Ember)
  • You also know the ins and outs of Java Web Application development.
  • Spring is a framework of choice.
  • Strong RDBMS understanding
  • Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.
  • Experience with development in Big Data environment (including but not limited to Hadoop, Elastic Search, Map Reduce, Hive, kafka, storm, hbase, Elastic Search, Spark, mongoDB, Cassandra) is strong plus
  • Very interested and passionate about New technologies
  • You can write well-abstracted, reusable and efficient code and correctly employ design patterns
  • New and emerging technologies excite you, but you are mindful enough to employ the right solutions for the right problems
