Liquidity Solutions team has responsibility for all liquidity management and cash investment products and revenues for the clients of the Treasury Services (TS) division.  Product Managers and Client Solutions Specialists work in partnership with the TS Sales & Relationship organizations to structure cash deposit, concentration, pooling and investment solutions for their clients. 

 

Role

 

The Liquidity Product Associate is responsible for product management and delivery of U.S. Money Market Fund solutions including strategy/product and roadmap, execution of projects, commercialization and planning of new products and features. Additionally, the Liquidity Product Associate will act as a subject matter expert liaising with business partners and clients.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day product responsibilities for U.S. Money Market Fund solutions
  • Work with Liquidity Product Management Client Solutions, Sales, Service,  Implementations and all functional partners (Legal, operations, compliance, marketing, portal, etc)  for the delivery of product solutions as well as for the development of new solutions and features
  • Proactively manage regulatory and compliance risk to ensure safe delivery of product solutions
  • Translate product concept to business requirements and provide guidance to Maintain key product metrics for P&L management of U.S. Money Market Fund solutions
  • Meet market demand with value –add  product concepts
  • Develop and socialize business case for new products and enhancements including projected revenue, target segments, and markets 
  • Provide training to internal partners as necessary


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Foundational knowledge of cash management/liquidity products  (3+ years of Liquidity Management or Product Management strongly preferred)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required
  • Strong communication, project management, and presentation skills
  • Proactive with advanced problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to influence and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders to support the product offering
