We are seeking a strong Recruiter to join our team.

  • Recruiting for Technology roles for the Argentina Hub at the VP and below levels
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop strategies and execute as appropriate
  • Identify the appropriate channels to market available roles and attract top talent
  • Partner with HR Country head and local HR teams
  • Support and drive the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Prescreen resumes and interview finalist candidates
  • Interact with clients, present candidates and prepare reports, as needed
  • Collect and consolidate interview feedback
  • Develop offer proposals and seek appropriate approvals
  • Respond to audit related issues.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Recruiter.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Capacity to source in the IT market, with a strong personal and professional network in this area
  • Proven capability to work independently, exercise strong judgment and work closely in partnership with hiring managers and peers
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Negotiation skills in order to develop compensation
  • Ability to operate in a large-scale matrix reporting environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrates control and governance within the recruitment process.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo
  • Enthusiastic and passionate approach regarding technology recruiting
