Learning Leader (Vice President - 603)
Roles & Responsibilities: Learning & Organizational Development
To develop, facilitate, monitor, align local with global strategy & support Learning & Organizational Development plans that includes training and professional development opportunities that is consistent with the vision and mission of Wholesale Banking Operations and Technology, India GSC.
Integration & assimilation
  • Plan, manage & execute the creation of the L&OD plans for all processes that will include leaders and potential leaders
  • Direct the planning, implementation, and evaluation of leadership training and professional development activities, and programs
  • Identify, disseminate and create discussion forums related to leadership research and best practices
  • Collaborate with other locations
  • Use effective communication strategies to interact with a variety of personnel
  • Providing advice and collaborating closely with HR & the business heads and their leadership teams on all Talent and possible other L&OD issues
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Act as a consultant to specific business needs – example – town-halls, offsite, culture build, people challenges
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills to facilitate classes across levels
  • Assist individuals and groups in problem solving
  • Ability to support 1-1 coaching and coaching for larger groups / forums
Critical Thinking
  • Provide leadership in developing and conducting assessment of  implementation and quality of L&OD  activities
  • Manage the process for budgeting for resources to meet identified L&OD activities
  • Understand instructional initiatives to determine leadership demands in implementation and monitoring
  • Prepare and/or supervise the preparation of all required reports and maintain all records

  • Strategize, plan, align and coordinate delivery of leadership training and professional development to ensure  leaders have the knowledge and skills to be successful in their jobs
