Description:

The analyst will be based in Mexico City and his/her job will involve management of Client Services group

Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients to obtain documentation related to client on boarding

Creation of Physical files for clients

Point of contact for New Standards effort for IB Clients

Set-up of client reference data on transactional systems

Client’s firm validation

Perform contracts for Brokerage Investments and Repo's based in a framework to send it to the client.

Perform screenings of client, legal representative, authorized third parties, etc

Perform screenings of manual payments

Participate in all calls and meetings

Maintains issues logs and prepare standard monthly reporting

Uses thorough product knowledge to resolve unique or challenging issues on an individual needs basis

Weekly generation of Client Services metrics

Participation in UAT’s related with Reference Data Systems

Requirements:

Intermediate English

Willing to learn and capable of working under pressure as well as proactive approach to resolution

Able to interact with different teams

Provide solutions and alternative to the difficulties presented during the projects.

Excellent attitude and team player skills

Careers under scope: Business, finance, Economics or industrial engineer

 

Ability to display a sense of urgency as needed to ensure requests are completed within expected timeframes/SLA

 

Skills:

Knowledge of Mexican AML regulation for Banks and Brokerage House

Detail and control oriented

Excellent communications skills

Ability to take initiative

Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience of client service and /or operations background or the equivalent work experience, preferably in the banking or financial service industry

Well understanding of systems flow.

Knowledge of financial exposure and operational risk related to transactions associated with bank products and services

Attentiveness to detail

Independent problem solving skills
