As Software Engineer working on an agile feature team this is what you will do: 

  • Collaborate with the client, product owner, and team members to refine and design application features with business value
  • Become a respected and valued member of a self-organized agile feature team
  • Focus on automation and test driven development to produce clean, maintainable code that can be deployed continuously
  • Work in our high performance environment space that facilitates team interactions
  • Design and develop improvements to the continuous delivery process in new and creative ways
  • Grow your technology skills across a wide slate of different languages and tools


A candidate for the opportunity should have the following capabilities:

  • 5+ years with full development life cycle from initiation through implementation to production
  • 5+ years experience in object oriented programming language such as Java or C#
  • 5+ years experience and understanding of querying and designing relational databases
  • Ability to translate business requirements into acceptance criteria to drive test driven development
  • Enthusiasm for solving problems, digging into issues and owning solutions to completion
  • Desire for continuous improvement of process and technical practices
  • Automation experience with tools such as Fitnesse, Selenium, or unit test frameworks for continuous delivery


US Citizenship or Permanent Lawful Resident Status for 7 years continuous required.

Requires United States Federal Government background clearance process.
