Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.

Manage the delivery of expatriate administration operations

 (expatriate on-boarding, off-boarding & on-going activities) for locations as per agreed service level agreements.

This includes:

* Preparation of assignment costing,assignment letters, payments, vendor notifications through Expat System

* Maintain and update Expat record in the system.

* Notifying and close Interaction with vendors where required to resolve issues on timely basis.

* Following agreed SOP in day to day operations and looking for ways of improving processes.

* Escalating issues in a timely and effective manner.

* Co-ordinating with various HRSD teams to ensure deliverables are met

* Having a customer service orientation ( Employee, HR, Finance and LOB)

* Ensuring BAU Activities are completed within sheduled timelines & accuracy is maintained as per SLA


Skills & Experience:

1. 2 to 3 years working experience overall, minimum 1 year experience in HR Services.

2. Good at data processing and calculations

3. Efficiency and comfort of working in MS Excel

4. Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

5. Works well in teams

6. Good written & spoken communication skills in English

7. Has sensitivity and ability to maintain and manage confidential data in a secure manner, with alertness to notice and question exceptions

8. Has a client servicing focus

9. Has analytical ability, takes initiative and innovates

1.Graduate or Post Graduate (Preferably) in commerce
