Software Engineer to support the execution of organizational transformation through Agile Development practices, ITIL, BI Reporting, Data Analytics, Program Management.

You’ll work closely with Sr. Leadership, Development and QA teams to provide transformational leadership execution for Chief Development Office initiatives. You’re fluent with agile methodologies and practice (LeSS & Spotify), Program Management, ITIL, BI Reporting and Data Analytics.
Operations knowledge – OS, Database, Storage, Network, Provisioning, Application
ITL Understanding Proficiencies/Certification (Intermediate)
Automation development skills - Powershell, Bash, Korn, Shell, Ruby, Python, Perl
BI, Analytics, Dashboard, Reporting tools - Insight, Tableau, SQL 2016 BI, PP, SRSS, BC, Power Pivot
Experience working in an Enterprise Systems Environment
Database development – SQL Server, MySql, NoSql
5 + years as an Agile practitioner (SCRUM / Kanban)
3 + year Technical Program Management
5 + years development experience with Powershell, C#, Java, Shell or similar toolset
5 + years with ITIL and Operations related experience
3 + years with BI, Analytics, Dashboard, Reporting experience
3 + years with Database Development
Innovative team player with strong analytical problem solving, crisis management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver patterns and solutions based on industry best practices and architectural requirements.
Ability to influence a cross functional team to obtain desired results.
Ability to initiate new efforts through requirements gathering and drive the engineering teams to completion.
Technical writing and documentation skills. ITIL Framework knowledge highly desired.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field experience
