The client service account manager will have responsibility for overall service delivery provided to a global client across a diverse product set within out Investment Management segment.  This will entail building strong client relationships in order to drive service quality consistency and and enhancements.  The client service account manager will also have responsibility for building and maintaining a network of partners throughout the Investor Services and Treasury Services product and service delivery organizations in order to promote client focus and drive overall service quality.

  • Provide proactive client support
  • Be accountable for client satisfaction as measured through client retention and satisfaction scores
  • Be the escalation point for critical service delivery issues and ensure all operational issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Sales/RM team on new business development and leads.  Identify new business/revenue opportunities. 
  • Respond to RFP questions and participate in due diligence review meetings
  • Lead regular service reviews, including pre-reviews with all relevant parties.  Participate in regular service reviews (via TP and on-site)
  • Ensure client participation in industry surveys
  • Develop and drive action plans for non-referenceable clients across all products
  • Serve as liaison between client and product managers
  • Facilitate client presentations and training for new products/markets which best meet the client’s needs
  • Identify and address service gaps and recommend solutions
  • Assist client with use of all JPMorgan systems
  • Provide consultative approach in relation to streamlining and improving JPM operational processes for the client (strategy/structure/STP)
