The global experienced Recruiting function is comprised of 700 individuals responsible for finding the best  talent to fill over 85,000 positions annually for more than 45,000 hiring managers achieve their business goals.  To do this, the function interacts with millions of candidates to help them navigate the process in order to find their next career opportunity. 
 

Ideal candidates for the Executive Recruiter role include those with strong business acumen, intellect, judgment and communication/advisory skills.  The position also calls for operational discipline in delivering an efficient, structured and positive candidate and customer experience.  On occasion, support from an external search firm may be required, and this leader would be responsible for managing those relationships.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Talent Advisor by understanding the internal and external talent landscape and consulting with the senior business leaders on available talent. Provide an informed perspective on prospects/candidates and how they match against the key selection criteria
  • Be a talent broker by effectively matching internal and external talent to both current openings and prospective opportunities.
  • Act as a change agent by building a new capability and structured process to more quickly and efficiently attract and hire senior level talent
  • Provide market intelligence that will influence decisions by having an eye on key competitors and targeted company talent activity
  • Prepare organized information for client and partner progress reports that indicate the effectiveness of our pipelining efforts, and make adjustments as needed 
  • Be a Process Steward, ensuring that risk/controls are managed tightly; provide coaching, audit results to ensure compliance of all recruiting polices and processes.
