Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The Technology team at our GSCs service all Lines of Business and Enterprise Technology in helping build and operate innovative industry leading solutions. The breadth of capabilities within the Technology team at the GSC enables it to support the firm in leading edge areas such as Digital, Big data analytics, Robotics & Machine Learning.

 

As an Application Developer with the PIE team you will be instrumental in and responsible for developing high quality applications and solutions that address business needs by delivering new capabilities to customers and merchants across the Emerging Payments space.  This will include developing or enhancing transaction processing applications, including building and testing of heterogeneous interfaces across the ecosystem.  The ideal candidate will be proficient with payment systems and have experience with Visa, MasterCard, and other payment network interfaces. 

 

Responsibilities:

    • Experience in leading and partnering with high performing, diverse technical teams across line of business

    • Experience in Application Security Code Review and/or Application Vulnerability Assessment

    • Good understanding of SDLC processes and automated tools, spanning requirements/issue management, defect tracking, source control, build automation, test automation and release management.

    • Experience with industry standard Business Intelligence tools and/or  at least one of the Open Source Java based Business Rules

    • Experience with Java Web servers like Weblogic, Tomcat etc.

     

 

Base Qualifications:

•             Minimum of 10+ years recent hands-on software development work experience in large-scale distributed technology projects in a Angular JS and JavaScript.

•             Minimum of 10+ years front end development experience with Java/J2EE and Webservices. 

•             Minimum of 5+ years’ experience of the software development release lifecycle and source management methodologies (Agile).

•             Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with PL/SQL. 

•             Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

•             Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science

•             Strong communication skills, both written and oral. 


 

Preferred Skills:

•          Experience with Open Source technologies (Maven, Junit, Log4j, MyBatis etc.).

•          Experience with Spring Java Frameworks.

•             Experience with Java UI technologies (Angular.js, Spring MVC, CSS, bootstrap, jQuery, HTML5 etc.).

•             Experience with Web Services Development - JAX-WS, JAX-RS
