LOB Overview

The Office of the PGSC Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for a diverse set of responsibilities in the management of the service center’s operations:  Oversight & Controls, Capacity Management & Business Initiatives, Real Estate, Security, Asset Management, Business Services, and Dining Services.

Job Description


The Project Manager is responsible for defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling key technology, digital, and analytics initiatives across the CAO.


·         Identifies automation and improvement opportunities within the CAO; encouraging information exchange and shared problem resolution.

·         Manages technology projects from conceptualization to post-deployment support.

·         Works with the local, regional, and global technology teams for the implementation of projects.

·         Communicates to key stakeholders the details of projects to ensure full and common understanding of the goals and objectives.

·         Oversees and manages a matrix of teams across locations.

·         Prepares communications plans by consulting with the wider project community on technology changes to drive knowledge and awareness of changes.

·         Prepares detailed project documentation, artifacts, and work products.




Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or related disciplines
  • At least 4 – 8 years of strong experience in a project management or team leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding and practice of Change Management methodologies within a process improvement environment
