The division offers investment management across all major asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi‐asset and money market funds. For individual investors, the business also provides retirement products and services, brokerage and banking services including trusts and estates, loans, mortgages and deposits.
 
Major responsibilities are: 
  • Expense management, keep track of invoices and processing of expense claims and related record-keeping
  • Calendar management and related logistics such as booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, documentation, meeting scheduling etc 
  • Coordinate with logistics team on travel arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate special events or meetings
  • Team personnel management, manage staff on-boarding and off-boarding logistics
  • Maintaining group leave record and handling phone enquiries
  • Providing general support including photocopying, booking meeting rooms, stationery re-ordering, typing, filing, mail etc
  • Assisting in ad-hoc project administration support when required

Qualifications:                                                                                                                                                

  • Tertiary educated with a minimum of 5 years secretarial and administrative experience with demonstrated capability to work in an extremely fast paced and highly demanding environment
  • Experience in a banking industry would be a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to work with a variety of cultures
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous and self sufficient
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines that may arise with little notice
  • Experience in managing relationships across all levels
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a must
  • Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word) and Outlook capabilities
