Role Overview:
The EMEA Product Solutions team exists within the Collateral Management Product Management team and covers clients across the region, working in partnership with all areas of the organization, including Sales, Middle Office, Operations, Product Management, Product Development, Finance & Business Management.  The team supports an end-to-end understanding of the business operating model, product offering and development pipeline.
The team partner with Sales in new business development, as well as improving, developing and retaining existing client relationships, whilst maintaining a strategic understanding of each client’s business and operating model. 
Product Solutions also act as the client’s senior escalation point and will seek to resolve significant product issues, whilst partnering with internal J.P. Morgan teams to promote the identification of continuous service improvements.  
Role Responsibilities
In addition to the Role Overview, the CM Product Solutions Manager :
  • Acts in a client-facing role with overall accountability for ensuring business delivers upon committed services. 
  • Supports Sales in improving and retaining the Client relationship, and developing additional sales opportunities.
  • Each Portfolio Solutions Manager manages a portfolio of clients, typically allocated on geographical basis and/or aligned to existing sales coverage.
  • Primary contact and trusted advisor to client’s senior decision makers
  • Provides subject matter expertise/education/thought leadership to client and internal J.P. Morgan teams in relation to all products offered, and during market/product-specific events.
  • Acts as first point of contact for new business opportunities within Product Management.
  • Co-ordinates and delivers key business initiatives, which can be regulatory, business or organisational in nature.
  • Conduct regular client interactions that capture product service levels, client and market trends, client platform requirements, product updates and balance/revenue.  Disseminates client intelligence/feedback internally.
  • Maintains strategic understanding of client’s operating model.  Seeks opportunities and responds to initiatives to improve the product offering and improved efficiency for J.P. Morgan and the client.
  • Maintains comprehensive understanding of market, vendor and regulatory implications to the Client’s operating environment.
  • Adopts a commercial mind-set for the product, aggregating individual client feedback in support of new client solutions and opportunities.
  • Proactive management to identify trends, issues and opportunities. 
  • Provides product level support and guidance to any issues affecting client experience, relationship and/or financial cost.
  • Provide input to design of new client solutions, including the acquisition of Product, Operational and Risk approvals as necessary.
  • Facilitate client presentations, training and deployment for new products/markets, which best meet the client's needs. 
  • Helps to navigate J.P. Morgan on behalf of the client.
  • Conduct quarterly client updates/reviews.

  • Is able to summarize, simplify and communicate detailed and complex information to a broad range of team members or clients across the seniority spectrum, whether verbally or written.

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
