The Business Process Management Senior Associate will play a key role with the team to identify and understand impacts, and partnering across the various lines of business to complete assessments.  This person will partner with the business process/control owners to identify and implement best practices and solutions for process control, risk identification and mitigation and policy enhancements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with the business understand existing processes and controls

  • Partner with team members to conduct process/control gap analysis and provide feedback/direction to the business

  • Partner across CRE  to identify issue root cause, develop action plans and provide recommendations to remediate processes/controls

  • Develop materials in Visio and PowerPoint

 

  • 5= years of Financial Services experience with emphasis on risk, controls, and regulatory matters

  • Knowledge/background of internal control principles, operational risk management, audit, compliance, or operations is preferred

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to probe sensitive issues while maintaining the highest level of integrity and objectivity

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines within a team environment

  • Collaborative team player able to develop meaningful and effective working relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to manage expectations, to manage time, to achieve deadlines and to deliver quality results

  • Ability to remain flexible and productive through shifting priorities and deadlines

  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Very high level of professionalism and sense of urgency

  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical

  • Intermediate to advanced user level of current versions of the following systems: Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot table, vlookup), Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Bachelor's Degree

The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.  It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level.
