Duties: Work with different business product owners to translate business needs into technical requirements. Plan, execute and deliver technology solutions across global initiatives within asset management digital marketing organization. Assess and document current capability gaps and identify technology solutions to meet business needs. Perform requirement elicitation, enterprise analysis and requirement analysis to create technology deliverables. Perform feasibility assessment quantifying business value proposition, effort & risks with technology solutions. Create proof of concept and technical design specification for solution implementation. Develop and support software solutions across cloud and non-cloud platforms leveraging agile methodology. Engage in agile adoption across business and technology teams to achieve operational effectiveness. Create metrics & statistics identifying application use to instruct the application roadmap. Resolve project impediments while keeping open communication with impacted stakeholder groups.
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum experience required: 7 years of experience in design, development and configuration of software systems, or related experience.

Skills Required: Must have experience in Design & development using Object oriented and SOA principles. Must have experience with Server & client side development design languages, Scripting tools and protocols including the following: Java/J2EE and JSP; JavaScript, Server Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JQuery, XML, XSLT and AMPScript; and HTTP, SMTP, FTP and TLS/SSL protocols. Must have experience with SOAP, REST API's and Integration techniques. Must have experience with SQL with RDBMS like MS SQL and Oracle and Query tuning. Must have experience in BDD test automation using Selenium-cucumber. Must have experience with Industry security standards including the following: SSO authentication using SAML 2.0; TLS/SSL encryption for communication between client/server; Email Security Framework i.e. SPF, DKIM and DMARC; and Data encryption leveraging Transparent data encryption (TDE) technique. Must have experience with Cloud computing with SaaS & PaaS capability across public & private cloud deployment models. Must have experience with Email Campaign using a cloud-based marketing vendor application. Must have experience using SharePoint 2013 for collaboration & document management. Must have experience with list based dynamic forms generation in SharePoint using Infopath & dynamic forms for SharePoint (DFFs). Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.
