JPMorgan Chase Bank is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist for our Customer Fulfillment group in Houston, Texas.


This qualified individual will support the service delivery of Retail Banking.  They will be responsible for updating customer records, documentation preparation for escheatment, processing monetary transactions, and other/clerical task such as typing, faxing, mail distribution, copying, sorting work, retrieving information and updating files.  Perform Inbound/Outbound calls regarding status on inquiry & problem resolution.  Also, will proof own work as well as other data entry operators to ensure accuracy and completeness of all data recorded.  Process, verify and ensure accuracy of all data entries and maintain the required documentation.  Other duties as a Senior Operations Specialist include, but are not limited to, responding to internal emails, performing internal audits and special projects.

  • 2+ years experience in a customer service or operations environment
  • Strong independent decision making, sound judgment, analytical and research skills required
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Self starter, creative thinker, motivated to learn and operate independently
  • Customer focused and ability to multi-task between multiple projects and assignments
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely internally and externally at all levels
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through
  • Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues and meet deadlines
  • Effectively adapt to necessary changes in work requirements, roles and responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate, thorough and high quality work
  • Excellent team player skills
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of bank policy and procedures
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
