Business Management / Project Management
 
Job Responsibilities / Role:
 
Business Management
  • Plan & execute location strategy program. Work closely with global stakeholders to project manage the transition
  • Partner with LOB functional CFO’s & Operations leads to establish strong governance on resource planning in line with firm-wide operations controls framework, headcount planning, cost optimization agenda & Finance budgeting. Influence operating model to achieve the objective
  • Identify cost save initiatives & program manage the execution with stakeholders through closure
  • Represent India Markets management in decision making process
  • Maintain data integrity & ensure quality & timeliness in various submissions to global / India stakeholders
  • Represent India Markets Operations Business Intelligence in various Senior Management discussions
Project Management
  • Manage Robotics Projects for Derivatives Operations & India MO.
  • Collaborate with Business, COE, OCM and other stakeholders to deliver end to end solutions.
  • Assist Business in Documentation, Accesses, UAT, and Prod Parallel till Project Go Live.
  • Effective communication on Project Status Updates to all Stakeholders on a periodic basis.
  • Highlight gaps and identify solutions to plug the same.
Basic Qualification:
  • CA / MBA Finance / Engineer / ICWA
Total and Relevant Experience:
  • 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in a similar setup.
 
Technical / Functional Skills Required:
  • Advanced knowledge & application of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Investment Banking  processes (Products knowledge around FX / Rates / Credit / Securities / bonds etc,)
  • Exposed to a matrix reporting organization
  • Highly analytical & is excellent at derivation of information for Senior Management’s consumption
  • Has demonstrated high level of independence of thought & execution with Senior Management
Generic Skills Required:
  • Self-motivated to drive agenda single handedly as well as in team
  • Excellent presentation & communications skills, written and verbal.
  • Scalability and ability to accommodate breadth of the role
  • Work under tight deadlines and user pressure
  • Out of the Box thinking
