As an experienced Business Analyst, your mission is to lead teams of innovators and technologists on creative solutions that enhance our systems, simplify business process, and improve our overall customer relationship.  You will harness data, map data, and define the correct logic and rules for deriving data for solving critical business challenges.  You will spend the majority or your time identifying stories that require changes to data, collecting data, conditioning data, and optimizing data for Software Development.  This work helps to improve the technical design required to efficiently deliver code or increase code velocity for specific features. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between Home Lending IT, Home Lending lines of business, Internal Risk and Software Vendors. ·         Key Duties & Responsibilities:

o   Work closely with the business product owners, 3rd party vendors and IT sprint teams to recommend the data inputs needed to refine user stories and improve detail designs.

o   Deep understanding of Home Lending Servicing and the Black Knight Suite of applications.

o   Develop mapping, web eligibility rules, data derivation logic, and algorithms to solve problems and improve processing across the firm.

o   Use BI tools to develop user story visualizations, report design, and dashboards for data driven development.

o   Work within sprint teams to provide access to data or cleanse data from different applications and systems

o   Be a custodian of the data and are responsible for defining and documenting technical controls that safeguard the data.

o   Work across IT Channels, 3rd Party Systems and various technologies using security access controls and data management tools to standardize and define access to the data.

o   Have a deep understanding of the systems and infrastructure that generates, stores, archives, or decommissions data.

o   Work in SQL, Python, Java, and other languages to query, transform, aggregate, and move data between systems.

o   Work with QA test teams and test conditioners to help curate data for testing & defect remediation.

o   Define mapping and computation for accelerating business processes or key system features.

o   Blend datasets together and provide feedback to DBAs and Corporate Data Review Boards

o   Ensure data quality throughout all stages of acquisition and processing, including data sourcing/collection, normalization, transformation, and cross-lingual alignment/mapping.

o   Prove positive & negative user story analysis to identify hidden patterns and/or error conditions.
