Main Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handle telephone, fax, mail-in and hardcopy dealing requests from various types of clients including retail, high-networth, corporate, institutional and intermediary
2. Communicate with clients and client advisors to track outstanding documents until trade completion
3. Provide standard client reporting such as NAVs, dividend distribution, dealing calendar and contract note, etc. and resend confirmation as requested
4. Perform client call back to confirm order and meet internal control requirements
5. Liaise with vendor, control parties and key stakeholders to fulfill business requirements
6. Act as a subject matter expert to update SOPs, prepare presentation and provide training to internal counterparties
7. Initiate and coordinate projects to support client experience enhancement, regulatory changes and regional project rollout
8. Represent team function to speak up in local and regional meetings and assess client and business impact
• University graduate in any discipline or demonstrate a basic understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Must be client centric and very detail-oriented
• Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Escalate timely as & when required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with client service mindset and able to maintain good client and internal relationships.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Constantly look for opportunities to improve process efficiency and increase productivity
• Great attention to details, able to demonstrate maturity and confidence to work under pressure
• Ensure adherence of operational procedures to complete task in an accurate and timely manner
• Professional license: SITCA License, or Senior Brokerage License or Trust License is a must
• Possess high sense of urgency and accuracy, Good risk and control mindset
