As an Executive Director of Cybersecurity, the quest to find new and innovative technological solutions to protect our assets, data and people is what drives you. You’ll lead a highly motivated team laser-focused on analyzing, designing, developing and delivering solutions built to stop adversaries and strengthen our operations. You’ll share your expertise, thought leadership and overall guidance and support, both with your team and across all our business and technology groups. You’ll deploy best practices, implement new policies, and embrace emerging trends to strengthen our strategic roadmap. Finally, you will lead by example and earn the trust of the internal team, collaborators from around the world working in our global team of technologists and innovators, senior management, and, the people and companies whose assets we manage and protect.
The Executive Director, Product Management for Control Integration will focus on driving the overall strategy for building and driving a service oriented, API delivered cybersecurity and technology controls stack to JPMC, our shareholders and our customers.
The Role: 
  • Market Analysis:  Stay ahead of competitive and industry trends.  Manage organization goals, business metrics, KPIs.  Operate internal and external steering committees.  Continuously assess product-market fit by regularly leading presentations and discussions with key stakeholders to improve the JPMC risk posture.
  • Build, Communicate & Maintain an actionable plan & roadmap of Product capabilities.
  • Drive active prioritization to ensure the right product at the right time.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to obtain buy-in and raise escalations.
  • Ensure consistency & long-term maintainability in product solution across People (organization), Process and Platform.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to set a Product vision to achieve business goals and maximize value through residual risk reduction.
  • Use subject matter expertise, awareness of product positioning and relevance to evolving threat landscape.
  • Ensure policy & standards and any regulatory change is captured as required.
  • Drive delivery & ensure measurement & tracking of business value & residual risk over product lifecycle
  • Ensure frequent & relevant communication & marketing of our platform, capability changes & developments to Cybersecurity & Technology Controls & wider business stakeholders.
  • Evangelize the Product & ensure key content is readily available to key stakeholders & users in channel most effective to them.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in a plan, design, or build and/or operation role within information technology and security.
  • Experience with industry recognized API Gateway and/or Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions such as AWS Application Gateway, Apigee, WebSphere MessageBroker, Microsoft BizTalk, Mule ESB, etc…
  • Experience with container solutions such as Mesosphere, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, et al is preferred
  • Experience with big data stacks including Hadoop and Cassandra, as well streaming technologies including Kafka and Spark, is preferred
  • Experience defining APIs and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is preferred
  • Experience with software design patterns is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively & translate business and user requirements in to technology and architecture plans
  • Proven experience driving roadmaps, product overviews, reporting, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of a large enterprise organization.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working both independently and in a virtual, collaborative environment is essential
  • Advanced expertise in Cybersecurity organization practices, operations, risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering and threats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies, tactics and strategy to protect, detect, respond and recover from attacks
  • Deep fluency in national and international laws, regulations, policies and ethics related to financial industry Cybersecurity
  • Seasoned command of multiple disciplines, optimizing Cybersecurity products and services through the lifecycle
  • Recognized expertise in Cybersecurity and Agile, creating competitive advantage through the application of leading-edge technologies and methodologies
  • Strategically oriented and can influence at the group and Firm level as needed
  • Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm, and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
