Position Summary
Central to our Automation needs we are looking to develop our current robotics and macros along with more sophisticated activities. The end state is to achieve an environment where we are freed to work creatively focusing only on our winning solutions. As we expand in that aspect we are looking for a dedicated coding specialist in Mumbai. The specialist will be reporting to the Global Design Manager and will be responsible for the development & creation of various macros and support our automation initiatives.

The Sales Enablement Group is part of the Investor Services (IS) Sales organization, reporting to the IS Sales Executive. The group contributes to the IS sales result by the creation and production of sales collateral (proposals & presentations) and the design of sales collateral. In doing so, the group works in close partnership with subject matter experts from areas including sales, relationship management, client service, segment, product management, operations and pricing. The group is organized functionally across four teams - Proposals, Presentations, Design, & Knowledge Management; and geographically across five countries - United States, United Kingdom, India, Philippines, & Hong Kong. The group’s core objective is to help the firm win business by building the best sales collateral, in the shortest amount of time, with the smallest time involved from Sales, Product and other subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Automate our existing business processes using macros
  • Transform raw data to metrics using MS Office tools & VBA Macros
  • Customize MS Office tool bars for our proposal & pitch book deliverables
  • Ability to conceptualize and deliver solutions to automate team’s sophisticated tasks


Knowledge & Experience required
The candidate should ideally have over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Mandatory knowledge and skills required
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of creating VBA Macros in MS Office tools
  • Strong knowledge of advance VBA
  • Strong knowledge of VB script
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic
  • Knowledge of SharePoint programming / administration
  • Conditional formatting of data
Ideal knowledge and skills to have
  • Clarity on OOPS concepts
  • Knowledge of Java/Spring/MVC
  • Knowledge of SQL queries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration
Formal Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master (2013) or other certifications as applicable (preferred)
