Real Estate Banking (REB) Portfolio Management – Credit Associate (601) or Sr Credit Analyst (502) depending on experience
This is an exciting opportunity l to join the newly formed REB Portfolio Management team.  This team will closely partner with REB Coverage and Underwriting to ensure robust and accurate portfolio reporting by performing and overseeing a variety of enhanced data management and portfolio management functions. 
The successful candidate will perform necessary real estate based credit analysis and portfolio management functions for the REB portfolio.  He/she may be assigned a portfolio or assist the Credit Risk Managers and Sr. Credit Associates with their respective portfolios. 
  • Completion of Annual Reviews to include appropriate loan level risk rating and Guarantor / Sponsor Analysis
  • Real Estate market analysis
  • Spreading of operating statements and/or rent rolls
  • Financial Statement tracking and Covenant Monitoring
  • Coordination with the CRE Market Surveillance team and completion of data request
  • Timely updates to REMI
  • Assist with the preparation on any of the following: CREWS, CSR, Watchlist, Deep Dives, R2D2, CLASS exceptions
  • Special projects as necessary


  • BA/BBA with a minimum of 2 - 4 years’ of relevant commercial real estate experience
  • Completion of a major corporate bank credit training program (or the equivalent corporate banking/corporate finance experience) a plus
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Passion for commercial real estate


The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.  It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level.
