The Global Recruiting team consists of over 1,100 team members that fill more than 75,000 JPMC positions annually in 44 countries. This Talent Director will work to align appropriate support for technology associated business groups to ensure that our high-performing recruitment team is well positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally. Lead successful efforts on fulfilment of key open positions and drive best practices across the recruitment cycle.  You will be responsible for supporting clients, recruiters and senior leadership as they identify top notch technology talent for JPMorgan Chase.  This leader will play a consultative role and be responsible for developing sophisticated sourcing and recruitment strategies for the line of business.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively partner with the senior technology managers to understand line of business hiring plans
  • Champion standing meetings along with targeted updates for senior clients
  • Partner with the appropriate stake holders for candidate development and offers
  • Ensure adherence to company, client and corporate recruiting groups best practices and process
  • Provide guidance on all recruiting and client related topics e.g. offer formulation, sourcing strategy, escalations
  • Ensure optimal talent acquisition practices are in place to support the business
  • Provide meaningful market data, data gathering and analysis as needed for team, hiring managers, etc.
  • Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline process for the client
  • Contribute to overall technology recruiting function, including oversight for specific work streams or projects


  • 10 + years’ experience managing the delivery and framework of full-life cycle of recruitment strategies
  • Experience supporting niche technology positions – preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and present to senior level candidates and managers
  • Superior multitasking and presentation skills
  • Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
  • Innovative, creative and results oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities
  • High level of comfort with direct sourcing and the ability sell currently employed potential candidates on opportunities within JPMorgan Chase
  • Experience with sophisticated compensation negotiations
  • Ability to make thoughtful, fact-based decisions with minimal supervision
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Good verbal and written communication with attention to detail
