Global Services Operations (GSO) is responsible for service support and delivery for JPMorgan Chase's Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) organization. Through its Global Service Desk and Infrastructure Operations Centers, GSO provides global coordinated diagnostic and support services, while it's Production Assurance and Support functions leverage and execute industry-leading infrastructure management and support processes that are designed to minimize customer outages and impacts.
The Merchant Services Network Command Center (MS-NCC) group within the Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) is responsible for the operational support of business partner’s connectivity retail credit/transactions. The MS-NCC engineer will work in a team environment in developing and maturing the Merchant Network support service through SRE methodology and software development operations. The role is technical and requires experience in network and software development. The applicant must have or be willing to learn scripting languages (e.g. Python) required for automation development.
