The associate position is expected to help run Onboarding technology projects for JPMorgan Global Wealth Management.  This involves identifying key business needs and understanding their value and impact in order to help prioritize the work for future deliverables.  You are expected to analyze those requirements for feasibility and cross dependencies then provide potential solutions and mockups with the build team.  Strong communication throughout the project lifecycle is vital to ensure transparency with both the business and technology teams.   You will be responsible for each project phase from the initial requirements gathering and when the feature(s) roll out into production.
 
Responsibilities
  • Write stories and acceptance criteria for new features
  • Elicit continual feedback from business stakeholders and maintain product backlog
  • Partner with development team to build creative solutions
  • Assist with test script creation and using it for DEV/UAT validation
  • Proactively identify improvements with applications and operating models
  • Aggressively review and mitigate production issues
  • Help develop training communication and materials
  • Provide demos to stakeholders
  • 3 years minimum experience as technical analyst, business analyst, system analyst, product owner, or project manager
  • Demonstrated ability to provide solutions to business needs
  • Strong analysis skills (i.e., reviewing data logs, creating pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience in agile methodology
  • Must be able to speak confidently with bankers/advisors within the firm
  • Written communication must be professional and clear
  • Demonstrated teamwork and ability to work with diversified multi-location team
  • Experience with JIRA (Confluence is a plus)
  • Prototyping skills & experience (e.g., Axure, Balsamiq, Vizio, etc)
  • Demo recording skills & experience is a plus (e.g., Snagit, Camtasia, etc.)
