As a member of Software Engineering you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You’ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You’ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what’s being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile/Scrum frameworks-is key. And best of all, you’ll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.
As a Controls Officer you will work closely with our business partners and other lines of business to ensure that applications satisfy all Risk & Control requirements.   You will work with development teams across our line of business for remediation. You will maintain our server assets and users by keeping them in policy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with the Technology Controls Officer to ensure that applications satisfy all Risk & Control requirements.
• Investigate and respond to user queries in relation to their applications.
• Work with resiliency team to keep our server resilient data up to date.
• Maintain all server assets and users for our applications.
• Assist in Audit responsibilities.  Work with subject matter experts to ensure timely and consistent deliveries of Audit requests.

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science or equivalent experience
•Minimum of 5+ years of software development experience including, but not limited to, mature design, coding, testing and debugging skills
•Minimum 3+ years of web development experience
•Excellent project management skills
Preferred skills:
•Experience in technology or technology risk management, preferably for financial institution or strong background in risk advisory
•Demonstrated capability of designing and implementing data and/or access management programs
•Track record of implementing successful risk or technology management solutions
•Track record of developing and maintaining senior-level stakeholder relationships
•Must be a self-starter and self-motivated and be able to prioritize accordingly depending on demands from technology teams, business and regulatory
•Be comfortable talking to development teams and offering risk opinions
