Global Liquidity and Account Shared Services (GLASS) team are undertaking a significant multi-year Transformation. The objective is to improve Stability, Drive Cost Reduction, Improve the Client Experience and Drive Revenue Growth.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Global Data Strategy & Client Analytics Program. This is a key work stream, spanning global teams in UK, APAC and the US.
Role Description: 
  • Senior Program Manager for Global Liquidity & Account Shased Services (GLASS) Data Transformation, direct report to the Portfolio & Transformation Director.
  • Responsible for end to end delivery of our Data Strategy, from Ingestion to the creation of new Dashboards, Reporting and Analytics to support our business
  • Act as the Product Owner, working in partnership with multiple delivery Feature teams
  • Responsible for Program backlog refinement, prioritisation (in partnership with the sponsor and Delivery leads), runs Scrum of Scrum Agile ceremony.
  • Owns Demand Planning and Estimation for the Program, working closely with Portfolio Management and the requestors
  • Overall Program governance, owns the relationship with Product Sponsors and key Stakeholders.
  • Represents the Program in Exec level Steering and Interlock calls,
  • Owns the Program Roadmap, milestone plans and all Program level initiative tracking & reporting.
  • Provides Program health updates (verbal and written) and escalation of risk/issues to resolution.
  • Manages dependencies and x-impacts engagement & delivery for team external to GLASS across the franchise
  • Accountable for the realisation of the Benefit/Value to our business. Works with the Product Sponsor, Architecture and Delivery Feature teams to define success criteria / benefits and cement to the committed delivery Roadmap
  • Future year planning and creation of a multi-year backlog.
  • Partners with Product & Business Operations teams to identify & implement business operating model change driven by the Program.
  • Ensures non-functional and production readiness is embedded into the e2e delivery plan.
  • Accountable for ensuring adherence to firm wide standards, working in partnership Risk and Controls/Audit/Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Responsible for setting the prioritisation of the Backlog, working in concert with the Portfolio Managers, Product Execs/Sponsor, Architecture & Delivery teams
  • Key participant in the agile ceremonies, such as sprint reviews/retrospectives/backlog refinement
  • Scope management, also owns change control for the Program
  • Accountable for the financial plan and tracking of actuals
  • Accountable for the implementation of Program change, with quality
  • Accountable to defining sprint acceptance criteria & approval of User Stories, in collaboration with Feature teams
  • Risk, issue and impediment management.
  • Escalation to Portfolio Director and GLASS Management team
  • High level release planning for sponsors (e.g. organizing UAT availability)

  • Degree level qualified
  • Proven track record of managing complex change, Big Data Transformation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Banking/Treasury is ideal
  • Experience of Managing in an Agile environment, managing teams
