Our Boston-based Traditional Fund Services Product team seeks an experienced Executive to support the Fund Administration product offering and regulatory change agenda.  Reporting directly into location head, the incumbent will be responsible for the following functionality:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fund accounting and fund administration services, with a focus on regulatory and shareholder reporting
  • Design oversight of applicable regulations, and incorporate regulatory change into product offerings / solutions. 
  • Identify product gaps and opportunities for new services/offerings
  • Design and deliver client communications & seminars related to product offering and regulatory updates
  • Directly liaise with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure best in class service delivery by entire team
  • Participate in industry associations, events, committees, and panels
  • Monitor new Fund Admin business opportunities, including RFP responses, commercial pricing, prospect presentations, and contract review.
  • Provide industry updates and product offering enhancements to key stakeholders, including Sales and Service.
  • Serve as escalation point for issues and the conduit for Ops/Product related requests.
  • Responsible for regular reporting to senior stakeholders, reviewing operational cost, determining product revenue, and implementing governance framework.
  • Collaborate on new business opportunities with business partners, including Sales and Operations, Legal, and Onboarding.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of investment services or relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree required; J.D., M.B.A, or CPA. preferred
  • Significant knowledge of the securities industry and applicable regulatory and operational requirements on both the custodial and fund accounting side
  • Strong presentation skills, including presentations to Boards of Directors and senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to multi-task and think critically.  Must have the energy and drive to grow a business.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a high performing team
  • Team player with ability to be respected as a trusted partner with the Business, Finance and Legal Teams.
