This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • As a development lead, you will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications within mature technology environments
  • You will be managing project in Agile methodology, interacting with business product owner, stakeholder(s) and leading your development team to deliver the software
  • You will be involved with product owner, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution
  • You will participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning and execution steps. You will also adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications
  • Additionally, you will document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules
  • You will participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
  • Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages
  • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
  • Work will include all aspects of Software Development lifecycle with a focus on Java Development using Core Java and J2EE standards
  • Require 8+ years’ experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies
  • Strong background on Java, JSP, JavaScript, Angular-JS, REST Services, SOAP Services, JMS, Frameworks (Spring, Struts, JSF), iBatis
  • Experience with source code management techniques/tools (GIT, Maven)
  • Experience with IDE's such as RAD, Eclipse
  • Experienced on Databases, Store Procedures (Oracle)
  • Experience on BPM tools (such as jBPM, OBPM, Pega, Lombardi) is preferred
  • Working knowledge on Unix scripting
