Corporate Technology (CT) Finance & Business Management is seeking a high performing Business Manager based in Westerville. The individual will partner with the CT organization which develops applications and provides technology support for corporate functions across JPMorgan Chase, including Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and all functions within the Corporate Administrative Office (CAO).   
  • Lead the Business Process function and Partner with the F&BM coverage team to deliver business support materials, insight and analysis
  • Partners with F&BM leads across towers to drive standardization and optimization of our business processes
  • Supports and coordinates cross tower initiatives
  • Promotes simplification of business process
  • Provides thought leadership on key priorities
  • Acts as a change agent, drives change management, and manages issue resolution
  • Identifies and implements process improvements
  • Identifies and implements efficiency and automation
