The Benefits/Pension Administration Senior Professional is responsible for day to day administration activities required to support Pension Plan participants and beneficiaries.  Work includes processing distribution requests, answering pension related questions, processing and updating all inbound documentation as it relates to Pension distributions.  Handling the distribution of various fulfillment items and products.  Updating employee PeopleSoft records as needed.  Scanning and indexing documentation received by Pension team.

Essential Functions:

  • Processing Answer Key and CMS cases as needed
  • Making outbound phone calls to participants as needed
  • Managing workflow to assure cases and fulfillment distributions are completed within the required SLA
  • Process data changes in PeopleSoft

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently to meet established SLAs in a fast paced environment.

  • Must be able to effectively manage through peak volume periods

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with proven ability to work with all levels of personnel

  • Requires attention to details and the ability to follow through and resolve outstanding issues

  • Proficient with Microsoft products; including Word and Excel

  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentially

  • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment

  • Demonstrate initiative, be a self starter, fast learner, and team player
