Commercial Banking - CB Transformational Team - Executive Director

This Executive Director position will provide financial support for the newly formed Transformation team, which reports directly to the CEO of the Commercial Bank.  This team brings together nine strategic initiatives that span across the Commercial Bank focused transforming the business through improving the client experience, enhancing data, streamlining our credit process and building “best in class” digital and mobile capabilities.  In this position, you will be responsible for financial reporting, including forecasting and planning, with an emphasis on expenses and headcount.   This position will interface regularly with senior leaders, as well as their finance peers within CB and external lines of business.  The ideal candidate will be a self starter, with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
 
Responsibilities -
  • Design management reporting packages to communicate business results in a transparent and concise manner to all constituents
  • Ability to package and present projections, performance trends, and performance outlooks in an executive format
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills for partnering with various levels of the organization
  • Lead the multi-year planning process for each of the transformation initiative teams
  • Assist with the preparation of QBR materials
  • Assist with the tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators
  • Generate monthly, annual, and multi-year forecasting
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required
 
 
Qualifications –
  • 8-15 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities with strong software skills
  • Self-motivated individual with proven leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint/Pitchpro
  • Experience with Essbase and Clarity a plus
