The VP/ Marketing Manager will provide support to Partners or Agency Field teams to assist in training and product education.  The Relationship Manager will be responsible for reviewing results and monitoring Controls or complaints of the Partner Field staff marketing and providing recommended solutions if challenges occur during the marketing program execution.  This will require the Relationship Manager to build relationships with the Partner/Agency Field staff and provide consultative services to improve marketing program execution, product knowledge, or correct any Controls issues. 
  • Fully understand the rules and regulations related to the marketing program execution
  • Fully understand the controls of the field marketing program necessary for flawless execution
  • Provides technical and product related assistance to Field team marketing efforts
  • Develops training with the Partners and participates in training including providing  demos when new technology is implemented
  • Works closely with internal teams (GM Product Owners, COE, Controls, and Compliance) to keep them abreast of any improvements or updates needed to the program based on learnings from Filed and provide updates to the Business GM teams.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of time in Field
 

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or marketing field with 10+ year’s experience in marketing , client management, operations experience a plus
  • Positive Influencing skills with heavy client/vendor interaction
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate without authority and drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Strong controls mindset and analytical skills
  • Incumbent must possess the ability to perform in depth analysis, explain complex system configurations, recommend viable solutions, and discuss integration to audiences with varying degrees of knowledge.
  • Manages and/or supports multiple resources or projects at the same time with limited authority
