Candidate will be a key member of a scrum team to help translate business requirements into user stories along with performing the necessary analysis required to ensure the data and end to end flows associated with the target state are fully understood.
o    Required - 7+ years minimum experience as a technical analyst, preferably in the financial industry
o    Required - functional understanding of retail banking
o    Required - ability to work with product, business and application teams to write technical user stories for the development team
o    Required - ability to read Java code to understand existing system behavior
o    Strong written and verbal communication skills
o    Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
o    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
o    Strong experience with Agile development methodologies
o    Strong SQL skills to analyze existing data and identify gaps/data quality issues
o    Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations (like BDD/Gherkin)
o    Experience working in large, complex data environments
o    Experience working on large and medium scale software projects
o    Experience working with diversified multi-location team
