The Consumer and Community Banking Office of Legal Obligations (OLO) team is responsible for managing CCB’s legal obligation to underlying procedure mapping program and the ongoing sustainment of the mappings in the Enterprise Library Applications (ELA) upon program completion.
This position requires a strong, collaborative self-starter who can proactively engage a virtual, cross organizational team without the need for heavy direction.  Senior level interpersonal skills such as the ability influence management, negotiation, and analytical/problem solving skills are key qualities that will position the candidate for success in the role.  Responsibilities will include providing guidance and coordinating with the CCB  Legal And Regulatory Change Management teams, monitoring project progress (risks & issues), preparing and presenting reports for management, analyzing key data, and assisting in the development of the future sustainment Framework. 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Working with sub-LOBs and Operations to complete the obligation mapping program; Establishes project requirements, priorities, and deadlines and ensures project is completed in accordance with plan
  • Proactively identify obstacles/challenges impacting milestone completion and collaborate with team to develop mitigating solutions; escalate where appropriate
  • Identify and understand the implications of changes to various reference data (e.g. RCSA), develop and socialize solutions, where appropriate
  • Develop slides / decks for senior management team; actively participate and present during associated meetings
  • Data Analytics – mining and analyzing large volumes of data; packaging the information to present to various stakeholders and drive decisions
  • Quickly learn the current operating model and systems (ELA); use the acquired knowledge to help inform and build the future sustainment model
  • Executing a variety of sustainment activities including; monitoring re-drafted obligations and change requests for implications to the CCB, managing system access, participating in User Acceptance testing activities, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years in Financial Services with progressively increasing responsibilities
  • In depth knowledge of a core CCB sub Lines of Business/Functions
  • Strong Technical skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Project, Program Management and/or Business Analysis experience
  • Experience working with mid to upper-level business partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders  across multiple businesses and functions
