Chase's Customer and Marketing Analytics group is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with strong data analysis skills, leadership aptitude, and strategic thinking to join the Analytics & Insights program.  The Adobe Analytics Lead will manage a team of 3-4 analysts focused on business configuration, product support, and training. 
 
This leader will work cross functionally with individuals across Chase lines-of-business to manage the Adobe Analytics platform and provide strategic direction for initiatives that will optimize the experience for our Digital customers.  
 
Key Responsibilities
As the Adobe Analytics Lead on the Analytics & Insights team, a successful candidate will:
  • Lead the platform migration from Adobe Insight to Adobe Analytics in the cloud
  • Manage the day to day platform activity:
    • Manage a team of 3 business configuration analysts and 1 product training specialist
    • Develop and maintain a reporting suite strategy
    • Intake prioritization for all profile and platform configuration changes as well as IT requests
    • Develop and enforce data collection standards
    • Create behavioral analytics best practices
    • Participate in user acceptance testing
  • Partner with key LOB and Digital stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and they can drive value with the insights.  
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • 10+ years relevant experience with 5-7 as an analytics leader analyzing online and mobile customer experiences
  • 5+ years managing teams, coaching team members and building analytic, strategy, and client facing skills
  • Hands on experience with behavioral and transactional analytics tools and techniques
  • Proven critical analytical and strategic skills, including the ability to quickly assimilate new information.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with business partners in various lines-of-businesses and IT partners with successful record influencing and leading critical business initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to convey analytic findings, strategic implications and actionable recommendations to all levels of management and partners.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision
  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience in Analytics/Business Intelligence fields. (Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline)
