L2 Application Support Analyst for Finance Reg Reporting
The role is within the Corporate Technology- Finance Technology group, Operate Team, based in Mumbai. The Operate Team is responsible for day to day production support of its applications. The successful applicant will work on Distributed Applications Support primarily on Finance Regulatory Domain. Activities performed include: production monitoring, performance tuning, problem resolution, systems analysis, testing and post implementation support.
Applicant would be part of L2 Production Support team involved in Day to day production issue/user queries resolution. He should be dynamic and flexible to adjust to prioritize workload ensuring all assigned issues are resolved in timely manner.

Some unsociable work hours will be required to provide overnight support and weekend working.
Candidate must have a computer graduate degree and should be in a Application Support role with a good knowledge of:
- Broad understanding of Distributed Systems technologies
- Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle database design and tuning
- Working knowledge of Batch scheduling tools
- Unix (including shell scripting)
- Experience on Supporting Financial Firm Technology
- Source code management products
- ITIL Certification
- Good understanding of Application infrastructure
- Regulatory Reporting Domain working experience is plus
