The position involves interaction with many teams across RCMO and the firm including LOB and Corporate Finance Functions, BM&A, Regulatory Policy, Audit, and Technology. The ability to work efficiently, communicate effectively and influence across these boundaries will be one of the keys to success.
5 or more years of experience in a finance, control, risk or audit function
End to End understanding of the Regulatory Reporting process as well as prior knowledge of and experience in Regulatory Capital preferred
Creative self-starter with strong initiative, ability to take ownership and work independently as well as contribute to the broader team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to multi-task and work effectively with senior management in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines under pressure
Strong analytical skills, control mind-set (ability to identify and close control gaps and / or issues)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel) and Visio to create and deliver effective presentations
