Key Responsibilities include:
 
The Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Operations team is seeking a highly talented professional to help enhance the CWM Employee Experience. The professional will be a part of a small team responsible for implementing an employee engagement strategy for approximately 800 employees across six different locations. The strategy currently includes initiatives to drive employee engagement, improve communication, sponsor events as a means of networking/fun, and sponsor monthly events to expand business/industry knowledge. The strategy also includes the utilization of an Associate Council to ensure sustainability of the strategy.
 
The ideal candidate will have a passion for employee experience and be driven to proactively make a difference. The candidate must have strong communication skills (written, verbal & body language) and be extremely organized.  The role will require the candidate to interact daily with a number of employees at all levels, so social skills and being able to present to Sr. Leaders is a must. Additionally, creativity and the ability to change direction is also key for this role. 
 
The hired professional will also work closely with other departments within CWM Operations to ensure we have a robust strategy and to help influence/drive change as appropriate.
  • Prior experience in investments or banking preferred.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling and executing events.
  • Experience with SharePoint – ability to maintain a site that provides organizational efficiency.
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Must be a quick study of complex or technical topics and be able to simplify those concepts into clear, precise direction.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work beyond normal business hours as needed.
  • Must be focused, accurate and organized.
  • Creative mind-set and ability to generate new ideas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a group setting and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to recognize and respond well to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
