Trusts & Estates services and capabilities are an integral part of the Private Bank’s offering to clients. With over 170 years of experience in serving as a corporate fiduciary for families, it is important that our Trusts and Estates services are delivered by the most capable people, with technical experience as well as the ability to interact well with a variety of types of families and individuals.
As a Trust Settlement Professional, you will support a team of Trust Settlement Officers and Administrators in the management of fiduciary accounts. Under their supervision, the Trust Settlement Professional assists in the daily management of the trust accounts in accordance with the Bank’s fiduciary responsibilities as trustee and executor. You will perform diverse administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, thoughtfulness, and follow-through.
  • Client Engagement – provide exceptional client service while performing client call backs and collection of client documentation, proactive engagement of clients and beneficiaries for information and to provide information
  • Risk & Controls – adhere to and maintain the firm’s controls policies and procedure as well as protecting client assets against fraud
  • Trust Settlement - partner with Trust Settlement Officers and Trust Settlement Administrators in all aspects of trust settlement, including approval of transaction processing, preparation of trust and financial specific documents. Understand the trusts settlement process and proactively engage in responsibilities owned by the Trust Settlement Professional
  • Partnership – effectively collaborate with respective client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions

  • Ability to learn procedures and proprietary software quickly
Experience and Education
  • Prior wealth management and trust, trust settlement or estate management experience preferred
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
