Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for SSS Benefits processing not limited to Salary Loan, Maternity and Sickness applications.
  • Responsible for HDMF Benefits processing not limited to Multipurpose Loan Applications and Consolidation of Contribution.
  • Responsible for remittance of monthly premium and loan payments to statutory agencies including submission of monthly reports for posting
  • Responsible for processing of pre-employment requirements related to updating of status to statutory agencies
  • Administer enrollment and termination of HMO memberships and life insurance coverage including reconciliation.
  • Processing of invoice payment
  • Perform duties that are required from time to time
  • Assist in regular quality check of work processed to ensure error-free processing
  • Manage or assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed as part of process/procedure/functional enhancements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
  • With relevant experience in handling Benefits Administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Great planning, organizing, prioritization skills and is able to work with minimal supervision
  • Can work under pressure
