Chase Credit Card Service offers a broad array of credit cards to meet the needs of individual consumers and small businesses including Chase-branded credit cards (Sapphire, Freedom, Ink and Slate) as well as co-branded credit cards offered in partnership with well-known brands and organizations, including Amazon, Disney, Marriott, Southwest Airlines United Airlines, and many others in the United States and Canada.

 

The Marketing Senior Associate – Digital Acquisitions role is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to grow credit card accounts through innovation, capabilities enhancements and marketing campaigns on Chase-owned assets.  The candidate will act as the subject matter expert and lead for the channel.  This includes overseeing the development of capability requirements and the creation of marketing campaign testing plans to inform product offers (price, premium, benefits, etc), creative, conversion funnel improvements and understanding attribution models and how to effectively invest marketing dollars.  This role will also be the lead point of contact for acquisition strategy for specific business units.

 

The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in digital marketing, have demonstrated innovation in creating new marketing strategies and tactics, and have strong execution and project management skills.

 

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business unit counterparts to establish new account marketing goals and develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve them
  • Drive testing discipline and expansion / innovation
  • Track and review campaign performance and generate recommendations based on learnings, established best practices and competitive landscape
  • Establish and drive channel roadmap
  • Act as a subject-matter expert with business unit counterparts and on cross functional projects
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and bring innovation and new thinking to the group
  • Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Coordinate and execute enhancements and tests with internal Chase teams and third party vendors
  • Maintain reporting on channel performance and individual test results
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
  • 6+ years experience in credit card/financial services
  • 2+ years experience planning and optimizing digital platforms
  • Detailed knowledge of Chase Card Services Campaign Operations environment preferred
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Superior time management capabilities
  • Strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
  • Experience either working for or with agencies
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, fluid environment with tight deadlines
  • Good sense of humor, positive attitude and ability to be flexible
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and leadership potential
  • Proven ability to lead and function effectively in a matrix organization
  • Ability to manage a diverse and dispersed set of stakeholders
  • Astute customer service orientation and previous partner management experience
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to express ideas in a confident, clear and compelling way
