Asset Management Marketing - Delivery Manager – Vice President

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Delivery Manager will work with business, functional stakeholders, and vendors to manage, facilitate, and report on digital projects. 
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication and task documentation between business stakeholders in met, technology and project teams
  • Provide a holistic reporting view of the program of works, identifying risks, issues, and inter dependencies
  • Create, manage, and facilitate the ongoing utilization of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Document and track all changes in project parameters
  • Collaborate with the digital owner and project owners within countries to create documentation related to scope and schedule
  • Collaborate with the digital business analyst to ensure all project requirements and objectives are properly documented and followed
  • Collaborate with other project managers within other departments. Work with vendors to ensure requirements are communicated and followed including collaborating with vendor project managers to report project status and budget as necessary
Project Management
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and/or other common project and business communication software
  • Profoundly excellent communication and task management skills, Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines by utilizing problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal customers, vendors and colleagues
  • Experience working with distributed international teams for and effectively managing varying schedules and time zones
  • Experience with various development and project management methodologies (e.g. lean, waterfall, agile, etc).
  • Sound functional knowledge of Adobe suite of product (AEM)
  • Experience working with technology teams to manage and prioritize solution development
  • Experience in developing automation requirements and/or supporting systems deployment.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and project management skills, from both a tactical and strategic sense
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Pursues multiple, sometimes competing, goals effectively.
