Our portfolio includes Chase-branded credit cards - Sapphire, Freedom, Ink and Slate as well as co-branded credit cards offered in partnership with well-known brands and organizations, including AARP, Amazon, Disney, Marriott, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, and many others in the United States and Canada.
 
The Chase Ink marketing team is focused on growing small business spend market share among the ~28MM small businesses.  As we transform our marketing strategy to capitalize on the opportunity, we are embarking on a journey to redesign our new customer acquisition experience, enhance our acquisition marketing engine, and evolve our marketing with key strategic small business partners.
 
This dynamic position on the Chase Ink marketing team will be focused on redesigning the application experience, building out the Chase for Business acquisition experience, leading our strategic partnerships initiatives, and crafting the vision for the Ink marketing strategy.    
 
Description of Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage the on-going development and maintenance of the business card application experience(s)
  • Partner across Chase for Business (with Business Banking and Merchant Services) on developing the acquisition marketing experience and evolving multi-product deepening initiatives
  • Work closely with our Business Banking and Merchant Services partners to develop and lead our strategic partnership expansion strategy
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new areas, generate awareness, acquire customers, and engage prospects; includes enhancing support of direct acquisition for our product sales team
  • Effectively partner with internal key stakeholders across the organization to drive marketing improvements and deliver business results
 
The team seeks a self-motivated person who has the combination of analytical, relationship and leadership skills to effectively lead key aspects of our acquisition and existing customer marketing strategy.  Incumbent must demonstrate the ability to deliver innovative strategies across various business functional areas and effectively communicate across the organization. 
 
Experience Required:
  • 7+ years relevant experience within marketing, operations, or technology; credit card specific experience is preferred 
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, partnership, influencing, and creative problem solving skills
  • Results focused self-starter effective at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness with ability to collaborate and work well with all levels of management and across organizational boundaries
  • Demonstrated ability to collaboratively lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think analytically, manage complexity, and deal with ambiguity
  • Exceptional presentation skills with an aptitude to bring disparate ideas together in a meaningful way
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver meaningful results
  • Bachelor’s degree required
