The Recruiting Business Transformation and Infrastructure Optimization team partners with Global Experienced Recruiting to drive consistency and deliver efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology-driven solutions to improve the recruiting function’s ability to support the hiring needs of the business.  A creative and innovative learning architect is needed to support the robust training and readiness agenda, as well as the development of a recruiter curriculum across campus and experienced recruiting.



The Business Transformation Learning Support Analyst reports into the Recruiting Business Transformation team and supports the learning initiatives of the recruiting organization, providing reporting & analytics support as well as coordinating training activities, creating training materials and supporting learning initiatives. The ideal candidate would be successful at gathering data, completing analysis, reporting, developing creative training materials, and supporting training readiness activities.            


  • Gather, input and manipulate data for learning initiatives and reporting purposes
  • Validate accuracy of data and assist with report preparation

  • Troubleshoot and resolve training/reporting issues

  • Organize, manage, coordinate and support instructor-led training initiatives

  • Manage the training calendar

  • Support training and readiness initiatives across the Global Recruiting organization

  • Develop training materials and readiness activities to support the Global Recruiting organization



  • 3-5 years of experience designing and developing innovative learning/training readiness solutions 
  • Versed in instructional design; knowledgeable in adult learning theory
  • Experience with both facilitator-led and online development – implementation strategy, material development and delivery
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to deliver content to global audiences
  • Self-directed with the ability to plan and manage own activities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Conceptual and/or demonstrated project management knowledge and experience
  • Independent thinker with ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Knowledge of the following systems and tools highly recommended: Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, SharePoint, Adobe Connect, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
