·        Develop roadmap of improvements and uplifts to existing control frameworks across all lines of business, functions and locations

·        Work with all stakeholders to define a detailed future state for controls, covering both new etrading activities and existing activities

·        Work with the BCO team and others to produce the full risk assessment across all relevant front office and control functions; from this develop additional uplift projects

·        Review and assess new regulatory standards to develop additional uplift projects

·        Work with the impacted groups to develop detailed execution plans to meet the agreed timelines, both regulator and internal commitments; consolidate into a complete and comprehensive global delivery program

·        Establish quality and oversight processes to ensure outcomes meet internal and external requirements

·        Establish governance and reporting mechanism, both internal and to external regulators

·        Establish appropriate documentation standards to achieve suitable internal approvals for regulator commitments

·        Recruit program management team

 

 

  • ED level with experience of addressing senior business and function requirements
  • Global project or program lead expertise, including exposure to risk, policy, function, technology definition and implementation
  • Experience of regulation interpretation through to implementation; being able to assess the impact to businesses and apply the appropriate outcomes
  • Markets product and/or trading exposure via projects and/or management role
  • Experience of establishing global program structure of vision, roadmap and execution plans; plus program management function for planning, tracking, reporting
  • Flexible individual who can easily and efficiently transition across topics and disciplines. Adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment
  • Advanced communication skills and the ability to synthesize work products into executive summaries and/or briefs and reports. 
  • A proven ability to take the initiative while building partnerships.
  • Strong change management capabilities with experience in both tactical and strategic programs
  • Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and work to high standards of accuracy and efficiency
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project and other reporting tools
  • Excellent Time Management Skills and highly result oriented
