In the India GSC we support the Asset Management Operations and Technology footprint. In Operations, we support processes like Client Onboarding, Asset Set-up, Asset Servicing, Portfolio Analysis, Mortgage & Credit and fiduciary services for both our Wealth management and Investment management businesses. In Technology we support both the businesses across the entire SDLC process and we are actively engaged in application development, Application and Infrastructure support across Investment product portfolio and our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent will be supporting Operations for Asset & Wealth Management in Mumbai & Bangalore having employee strength of  900+.
The HRBP will partner with the business and work in collaboration with cross functional teams across JPMC to support day to day HR people agenda. This would also include executing day to day related transactions. This is an individual contributor role and the responsibilities are broadly enumerated below
·         Build strong long lasting relationship with all the stakeholders and partner with them to address People issues.
·         Design people related strategies and partner with the business to help achieve their goals
·         Partner with the business in Climate Surveys/ Employee Polls and contribute to analyze the results and drive initiatives based on the findings.
·         Inculcate a culture of recognition and drive Rewards and Recognition.
·         Develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.
·         Communicate and implement HR policies and program in the LOB.
·         Support hiring activities by working closely with the Recruitment teams.
·         In consultation with Training team and business managers identify development needs of and provide support to all training initiatives
·         Facilitate Performance Management & Employee Development Initiatives.
·         Support talent assessment and facilitate career management and mobility
·         Support business managers in compensation planning / decision process.



• 8 to10 years or more of relevant, effective HR experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities

• Master's degree in Human Resources in addition to a Bachelor's degree.  

• Excellent consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills

• Should have handled entire gamut of HR activities preferably from IT / Financial services background.

• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced, budget-challenged environment

• Ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects while remaining proactive and flexible in style

• Proficient in handling complex employee relations concerns and mitigating risks

• Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleagues

• PC skills - Word/Excel/PowerPoint required and Access/Project preferred

• Ability to handle large amounts of confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
